- In-person oral presentation at the conference.
- Submission of full-length paper (all papers will undergo a full peer-review process, and accepted contributions will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer Nature publishing house); up to two paper submissions are permitted for each registered delegate.
Abstracts will appear in the printed conference booklet and on the conference website, linked to the author’s name and professional profile (ORCID or Research Gate).
Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit a full paper for inclusion in the Proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Autoclaved Aerated Concrete. Manuscripts must be written in English and prepared using the official paper template, which is available for download below.
Full papers should have at least 6 pages (up to 12 pages) in length, including figures, tables, references, and acknowledgements. When submitting the final manuscript, authors are requested to ensure that the title, abstract, and keywords are up to date.
All submissions will undergo peer-review process. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts before final acceptance. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which are indexed in Scopus and Ei-Compendex.
Please note that at least one author must register for the conference for the paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings. Up to two paper submissions are permitted for each registered delegate. Authors are kindly requested to follow the formatting and style instructions provided in the official template. Manuscripts that do not comply with the required format may be returned for revision or excluded from publication.
By submitting a paper, authors consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data for the purposes of paper submission, registration, participation, and communication related to the conference. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and used solely for these purposes.

Authors presenting their work at the 8th International Conference on Autoclaved Aerated Concrete are kindly requested to prepare their presentations in accordance with the following guidelines. Each presentation is allocated 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions and discussion. Presenters are kindly asked to adhere to the allocated time to ensure the smooth running of all sessions. To support the preparation of presentations and ensure a consistent visual appearance throughout the conference, an official PowerPoint template is available for download below. Authors are encouraged to use this template when preparing their slides. Both 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios are accepted. Please ensure that all slides are well formatted, clearly readable, and focused on the key contributions of your work.
Guidelines for presenting authorsSpeakers will not be permitted to use their own laptops, tablets, or other personal devices during their presentations. Presentations cannot be uploaded directly from the computers installed in the session rooms. All presentations must be submitted in advance either by e-mail (submission@icaac2027.com) or uploaded at the Registration Desk.

The e-mail should include the following information: Full paper ID (as assigned in the ConfTool platform) Presentation day Session (as indicated in the conference programme) Presentation title Name of the presenting author In addition, presenters are strongly advised to bring a backup copy of their presentation on a USB flash drive.
Upload at the Registration Desk
Presentations may also be uploaded onsite at the Preview Room. Authors should bring their presentation on a USB flash drive, and the conference staff will assist with the upload. Presentations must be uploaded no later than the half day before the corresponding session. Regardless of the submission method, all presenters are required to visit the Registration Desk before their session to verify that their presentation displays correctly. Conference staff will be available to assist with the preview and resolve any technical issues.
