Conference participants residing in Türkiye whose abstracts have been accepted may apply for a partial or full waiver of the conference registration fee. To support local participants, a dedicated sponsoring program has been established. The amount of financial support available depends on the contributions of the funding partners and may vary until the start of the conference.

Fee waivers will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
